I reached out to Kathryn just before Christmas as my 5 year old daughter was suffering from ear pain due to a build up of wax. We'd hit a dead end everywhere else we'd tried so Earwax Away was our last option. I only wish I'd tried here first! From the very first communication Kathryn was honest, informative and obviously genuinely concerned for my daughter and sympathised with the difficulties we were having. My daughter went to the appointment and Kathryn was WONDERFUL with her, taking the time to show her all the equipment, explain what it was for and what would happen. As a result, my usually quite nervous, daughter had her treatment with no tears and came out beaming with no more pain. I cannot recommend this business and in particular, this lovely lady enough.

I visited Kathryn after having problems with my ears for over a year. Kathryn was so professional and informative and really listened to my problem. After chatting with her for over half an hour she explained to me what was wrong. She has given me all the tools required to help my ears. It’s not a quick fix but with a change to my lifestyle I should start to see some improvements.
