The best vets in the country by far. Their expertise, facilities and care are second to none. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!

I was referred to Earlswood with my dog for a CT scan - I can only say 5 stars is not enough!!! The reception staff were friendly and helpful and as for the vet - Stephen - he was amazing, friendly with a sense of humour, however professional. He phoned me later that day to up date me and I can only say a massive "Thanks" to each and every one in the practice!!!

I chose Earlswood Vets when I got my pet rabbits and am very happy with them. We received great care and advice, friendly staff and experienced doctors and nurses that showed a very professional and also empathetic approach. Booking fast appointments on short notice is also a great plus. Would recommend to anyone.

I find the reception area of this "hospital" to be the most unpleasant experience one can encounter. The two women here .....who are long time employees almost intimidating in their unpleasant manner.....Their is no greeting when one enters the door....well, occasionally there is if it's someone they favour.....another trait I find unprofessional......favouritism.....All who take their pets there are more often than not stressed as our pet needs care.....it would make a huge difference if when entering Earlswood these two women could greet one pleasantly.......just say hello, how are you.....is that asking too much? We have literally spent thousands here, out of pocket and to not even be acknowledged when entering I find unacceptable.......I was in public service for years and if I "welcomed" my clients the way Earlswood does.....I'd be out of business within months.....For the amount this vet charges the least we could expect would to be acknowledged upon arrival!
