We’d had multiple problems at home with the smart lighting system (and some non-smart lighting). We’d had a different electrician come twice and not know how to fix the problems. So I’d almost lost hope that the issues could be solved… even the smart lighting system company themselves had not been helpful in problem solving when I’d called them for technical support, fobbing us off each time, asking me to buy more equipment from them that didn’t even help, and then just being stumped after that when I’d told them.
So I was very surprised and impressed when Benjamin and his apprentices came and fixed so many of our problems all in one morning. I’d thought the problems just couldn’t be fixed, but he really did so well figuring it out, going above and beyond. He even called the smart lighting company and nudged them to look into the previous issues. This was really helpful, not being an electrician myself, for Benjamin to lay out the facts for the smart company they need to look into.
