Eagle Security Systems recently installed a domestic alarm system to our home. We were highly satisfied with the service we received, from Dave visiting our property to advise us what equipment we required, to Rob and Ash who carried out the installation. Everything went smoothly, and the work had been carried out to a very high standard. On completion Rob explained to us how the system worked, and made sure we were confident enough to use it before he left the property. We would highly recommend Eagle Security Systems.

From our request for a quotation to fitting the actual system, Eagle Security Systems Limited were excellent. They were always quick to respond to our calls/emails and were polite, professional and extremely helpful. They visited us to carry out a full survey of what we wanted, explained all our options and provided lots of advice to help us choose the best system for us. The fitters completed the installation quickly and with minimal disruption and spent time to make sure we knew how to fully operate everything. They also ensured that our home was left clean at the end of the day. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I chose Eagle as I didn't want to use a huge company to whom I would be just a number; I wanted a local, more personal service. That's exactly what I got. The two gentlemen who installed the system today were absolutely brilliant. They worked hard & obviously knew exactly what they were doing. They were very considerate of me & my property; they cleaned up before they left & swept the floor; everything was explained to me & demonstrated clearly & I was asked several times if I was happy & if I had any questions. I did have a couple, which were answered immediately. By the time they left I felt comfortable with the system. I was assured many times that I can ring any time to speak to a real person who will help if I have any queries. The young man who initially came to assess the job and talk me through the options was equally professional & helpful. This is a family firm & its employees speak highly of the company. It was a genuine pleasure to have them in my home.

Excellent service from a swift quote to completing the work. We had an old alarm replaced with additional sensors and keypad added. The two lads who fitted were very tidy and even hoovered up moody footprints made by my dad!
100% recommend.
