We are a family owned, fully insured landscaping company based in St Austell, Cornwall.

We undertake all aspects of landscaping, including fencing, decking, patios, paving, turfing & artificial grass.

EWCleverley was established 6 years ago & we have worked hard to build up a business that is now able to take on any new projects throughout Cornwall & finish them on schedule and to a high standard. All of our work is undertaken by our team of talented individuals who have many years of experience in the landscaping, construction & groundwork's trades.

Being a small business means we are able to stay competitively priced whilst maintaining our high standard of finish & staying within our customers budget requirements.

A garden that we transformed from a muddy swamp into this bright, usable area.

We were asked to build this bespoke fence in Carlyon Bay which provides good privacy & a modern looking entrance into the property.

This is a sandstone patio circle that we incorporated into a patio in Porthpean.

This decking area, split across 2 levels filled the majority of this garden. It is now a good sized area, which is also very private thanks to the paneled fence also installed.

We transformed this sloping garden in Fowey into a tiered garden featuring granite paths, a turfed area, slate patio & raised flower beds.

This garden was once a sloping grass bank. We created tiers to make every part usable. Featuring a reclaimed railway sleeper retaining wall, sandstone patios, turfed area & various flower beds

This was a sloping grass bank which was turned into an area fit for use by using new softwood railway sleepers & Saxon buff paving slabs.

This is part of a complete garden re-design which includes retaining walls & raised flower beds.

We installed this Artificial grass & Decking area in a previously unusable garden.

This was part of a larger complete garden project, the black slate patio is a perfect size for enjoying the views over to Polruan.

This project was completed in a few stages. The first was to construct granite steps leading to the upper garden. The second to create a picket fence, using reclaimed boards.

Artificial grass laid in a muddy area to make this small garden more usable.

My Dream Garden come True

I moved into a new build house and was given a blank canvas of stony mud. It is quite a small garden but I wanted it to look modern with minimum maintenance but to give me enough space to choose and plant up my favourite shrubs.
I saw a picture on pininterest, showed this to EWCleverley. They offered advise, were easily able to accommodate my design and got a quote back to me within a very short time. Hard workers, conscientious, always left the area clean and tidy as they worked through two weeks of not particularly nice weather.
I am so happy with the result. It looks better than the picture even though I have yet to decide on my planting.
I would certainly choose this family business for any further garden landscape works that I might think of in the future.

They solved our problem

We moved into this new build property 1 and a half years ago and have struggled continuously since we moved in trying to mow the back lawn. It sloped badly down hill and was water logged at the lowest area. We even bought a petrol mower in the hope it would help with the slope, but even that would wheel spin and not drive. So we looked up local landscape gardeners on the internet and made our choice. Having met Elias, he came up with a plan that was low maintenance (which was the ultimate aim) and sent us the plan and estimate.
The first thing was the excellent communication he replied almost immediately to any concerns that we had.
Their work ethic was second to none. Always cleaned and tidied up after themselves and they were always true to their word. We would recommend highly .
Thank you Elias and Connor for a job well done. We are looking forward to having you back for our next project.

Very Reliable

Having just moved to the area, we have had been trying to find tradespeople to carry out several jobs for us without a great deal of success.
We were introduced to Eli by a neighbour and were extremely pleased to find him. He is honest, reliable and certainly hard working. He worked solidly throughout the rain and did a brilliant first class job.
He is coming back to do some more work for us, and i have no hesitation in recommending him and his expertise
