E-Printing

Having used e-printing for the last couple of years for our various print needs with no problems, I was extremely disappointed when our latest order arrived in completely unusable condition.

We ordered 2500 business cards, and having rejected various artwork proofs, we finally received a proof that matched our original artwork. Having used e-printing in the past for essentially the same design, I was confident that we would receive our business cards without issue. How wrong I was... about 95% of our business cards arrived totally miscut, with sides of our logo missing or cut off. I had been explicitly clear in my feedback to the artwork department when rejecting previous proofs that all sides of the logo must be present on the business cards, which in my opinion is normally something that should go without saying.

I contacted customer service to ask for a refund and provided photos of the problem business cards, however to my disappointment, I was told that they would not be refunding nor re-running the cards as it was an "industry standard" cutting tolerance issue, which of course was never mentioned on the numerous occasions that we returned the proof or when we were explicitly clear that all sides of our logo should be complete on the cards.

£150 wasted with zero apology or admission of fault.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they do not care about customer service at all, and in this day and age that is extremely important! The printing was of low quality and incorrect compared with their proof and the delivery time was over 4 weeks for a small simple order. I would urge you not to even waste your time with them. Very unhappy!
