Think you know what you are getting? Think again!

The EPOS salesman will tell you anything. If you say you want a POS system with NO CONTRACT, they will say they have NO CONTRACT. When you tell them you are a seasonal business, they will tell you that you can easily suspend your account during your time closed. You will pay up front for a complete hardware system because you think it will work for you. When it is not at all what they promised, you move into a system integrated with your office software. Now you have machines you can't use but you concede you will have to be satisfied with cutting your losses. You call to cancel and they say - you can't. You have a contract! You didn't read the small print. Silly you, listening to your salesman! RUN, RUN fast before dealing with this deceitful company.

Do not consider this company!!!

Before you consider an install just trying getting hold of the support team either by phone or live chat. Bear in mind you will need them when something has gone wrong - like you can't take payments or your till has gone down. They are truly dreadful to deal with. They state the issues in getting hold of there support team was due to an issue nationwide problem -Wait times of over 45 mins is not uncommon.
Customer services got in touch and I simply asked if there was any gesture of goodwill available as I've spent hours on hold to support and hours setting up there system. The reply was to blame a network issue (I opted for a sim card machine so this wouldn't happen, turns out EPOS NOW hadn't activated the sim) they then simply copy and pasted their T and C's to say they weren't liable. EPOS NOW are fully aware that we are not for profit organization and my personal time is given up on a voluntary basis.

never buy anything from eposnow

Do not go near this company, I ordered a epos till from them and explained what i required on the phone to there sales man. The following day a box arrived with totally the wrong till and not what i had ordered. I contacted them to ask for exchange or a refund but was told it was not possible as i ordered the wrong till. Customer service absolutely terrible and the salesman was only interested in a sale but needs to learn to tell the truth

EPOS NOW has no customer service or support.

Terrible is how I would describe it. We made the mistake of choosing EPOS NOW for our PPOS system. We set a date to switch to the new system and absolutely no support. No return emails or calls to help us get up and running after 4 days without POS we had to go back to the old system.

Would not open a new location without them

I've been with Epos Now for 3 years, and as they've grown their business I've grown mine. We're now in 8 locations and I would never be without them. I always make sure that we've got an Epos Now system in place before we start trading.

The reason is because each new system automatically gets all the settings, and then links onto your account. I access reports from every location from one website, and I can check on my phone what the stock situation at each location is.

Over the years I've really appreciated the level of customer service and advice they've given me, I feel like a valued customer.
