We are a family business who have worked together over the last 20 years’ supplying traditional sand and cement floor screeds throughout the Midlands, UK. We work on a wide range of jobs including extensions, shower rooms, outdoor patios and garden rooms, in addition to larger scale work such as new build developments, apartment blocks, nursing homes and industrial units.

Our aim is to provide a stress-free service, delivered in a manner that we are confident will exceed your expectations. We hold both CHAS Elite and Builders Profile accreditation demonstrating the importance of health and safety standards whilst executing our work, as well as the confidence we have in the quality of our service.

Having access to our own screed pump allows us to site mix our quality picked materials whilst monitoring the standard of screed throughout each load. We also use different admixtures which we put into our screed to drastically improve overall strength and drying times, ensuring your project timelines are met.

Each mix we make uses polypropylene fibres which help to mitigate against cracking, and a measure of a rapid hardener accelerator reducing the setting time. However, we have many different methods to achieve a quality of screed which will be suited to your specific site needs. With over 100 meters of delivery pipe, it makes the transport of screed from the pump to the required area an easy and hassle-free process ensuring minimal mess throughout the work completed, even if the area is difficult to access.
