Bought a used iPhone costing me £300 . Bought it then went away with work for a month. In that time the ear piece went on the phone. My incoming calls were sounding fuzzy. I took it back as soon as I got back to Ellesmere Port to ask them to repair it . They said no it’s a problem Apple needs to repair ! So much for my guarantee from them. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pool. Got it sorted elsewhere but it cost me £75 😡
