Car Cleaned For Wedding Was Returned Filthy

We booked EMD to give our car a good clean for my daughters wedding. On initial inspection it appeared that they had done a good job. The day after we got the car back my husband said that EMD had done the bare minimum. I sat in the passener seat all dolled up for my daughters wedding and adjusted the seat, my hands were covered in grit and grime. Later I took a kitchen towel to different parts of the car. Everywhere I wipped was filthy, my husband was right. We had been conned by all the positive reviews. if you get your car cleaned by this company I suggest you take a pack of kitchen wipes with you when you collect the car. Wipe over the boot, stearing wheel, doors, cup holders and glove box. you might be shocked by what you find!

Amazing friendly service

I went to E.M.D valeting with light scratches all over my car. I had tried multiple different things to get them out with no luck. Emmett not only managed to get all the scratches out of my car but left my car looking better than when I first bought it! Thank you Emmett and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Would highly recommend

So, I was bringing my cat back home from the vet in his cloth carrier. Well, he was angry and sprayed while in the carrier....which proceeded to seep into the back seat of the car.

Emmett was great enough to work the car into his busy schedule (you don't want that scent sitting). He used some cleaners and neutralisers on the back seat. He said it may need another dose of neutraliser if it's not better in several days. It was MUCH better but not completely gone (cat wee is the worst).

I called and Emmett came to my house while I was working to sort it out. That did the trick too. He's professional, friendly, and honestly takes pride in his work. I've already passed his number to a mate and would recommend 100 times over.

Emmett cleaned my 8- year old Citroen C 3 inside and out making it look new again. Would really recommend.
