5I broke down in the middle of nowhere , RAC rescued me and I called EDH as I have used them a few times for MOT and they said yes bring your car we will sort it even though we are busy, couldn't be more helpful and gave me a courtesy car for the time it took to repair my car..... It was done by lunchtime the next day xx Amazing thank you xx

2Yes, they offer a good price for the service and Yes, they're flexible and do the work quickly. These are the positives.
The problem I encountered was of a different kind. In addition to the usual we-do-the-cheap-test-but-charge-you-gold-for-repairs that I had expected, their people skills are dramatically substandard. They have a clear problem with communication and I hope they work on it, because otherwise they're going to lose customers who value a pleasant experience when they part with their money.
I wasn't fully explained the problems with my car so a misunderstanding about the repairs arose and the young lad in the office started shouting at me demonstrating frustration and disrespect, which was really uncalled for. I paid whatever outrageous bill I was given just because I wanted to leave the place. I didn't feel good afterwards and I'm definitely not going back. There must be better customer service in Plymouth.
