This is a traditional family business who stock good quality products and provide an excellent service. They have been suppplying and servicing my white goods for ten years and I have never had a complaint.
MTJ Sure you can save a few pounds by purchasing cheap parts on the Internet but do you want to support a hard working family in Chester or some wealthy faceless organisation in China.

Being in lockdown we wondered if someone would come out to see our dishwasher. No problem and 2 days later he arrived. He took all precautions.and assessed the problem quickly , saying it required a part which he would order. A week later he returned and fixed the machine.
We were very pleased with the service and the cost. We would certainly recommend him.

They have a website which seems up-to-date but clearly is not because I took my miele cleaner to the shop only to be told they only repair dysons. The website says they repair all makes of vacuum cleaner. A wasted journey.

I have dealt with this firm for many years and have always been satisfied with there work they fixed my mothers washing machine,they were quick and very helpful with her .thanks edas we will be using them again
