I damaged my old laptop & was looking to get it repaired but in the end my husband bought me a new one which was great. Being a complete self taught user I was at a loss as to how I was going to transfer all my files & photos from the old one to the new one. I cant praise ECT enough, I was shown how to do it & had to go back twice to completely understand the procedure where it was explained to me again with courtesy & patience. My apologies as I didn't get the guys name who helped me but all I can say is THANK YOU, it was a real pleasure to have proper good old fashioned service where the retailer isn't just out to take your money. Fantastic friendly service with a smile!!!
