As a family we would highly recommend Ernie and his team. They looked after our Mam / Nana (Joan Brown) with the deepest care and compassion. From start to finish Ernie and Zak made sure everything was going to run perfectly and always made sure we were kept in the know. We as a family would highly recommend Robinsons Funeral Directors , after my dad recently passed away we were given a service above and beyond to organise his funeral , Ernie did everything that was required and kept us informed by regular telephone calls , the night before the funeral he even came to see us but stood outside garden for social distancing and explained what would be happening on the day , his staff were excellent , polite and very respectful and although it was a sad day it was also a day to remember as everything we asked for was put in place by Ernie . Ernie even came to speak to each of the family after the service and his kind words gave us all some comfort . Wish there were more stars to give as this family business thoroughly deserve them x
