DO NOT USE!! I took two dresses to them to have the zips changed and the messed up on both and they where brand new. One of them they took material off and made it nearly 4 inches too small that I cannot zip it up, fix it or wear it. It was BRAND new with the labels on, they moved the labels when I asked them not too. They removed the hook and eye and didn't put it back on. Originally this outfit was for my birthday and when I went to collect it the shop was closed and did not open till 9:05am when they are supposed to open at 8am.

I have asked for the manger to call me and he will not, they wont even give me his contact details. The manger told the reception lady that he spoke with the tailor and there is nothing they can do about it. They WILL NOT give me the money back that I paid for the outfit or the money back for the repair.

I am now in the process of contacting trading standards and taking this matter further.

they literally destroyed a sweatshirt. no apologies, no refund, no compensation. avoid at all costs.-

I’d have given them no stars if I could! Terrible, ruined a dress and a jacket. DO NOT USE this dry cleaners!!

Lost a button on my coat, charged me full price, told me to buy buttons and they would sew them back.
They even insulted the buttons on my coat and told me that I could have dropped it somewhere.
I will never come back not even for a free service since I do not trust them with my items.
Do not waste your money here.

This worst customer service I have ever had. After loosing my shirt they refuse to refund me my money and deal with the situation. I followed their complaints procedure which involved sending a letter. They said they didn't receive it. I then had the letter sent as recorded post and they refused to accept the letter and it was sent back to me. I also hand delivered the letter.
The man who is front of house refuses to speak to me, ignores me and on some occasion laughed at me!!! There has been no effort to resolve this issue which has gone on for two months.
