Below is the original feedback and happy to provide pictures of our texts if needed. Obviously the job is done now in a worse weather than the summer we missed last year, and the damage in my bedroom is treated and decorated.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I wish there was a zero star.. I am still waiting for the job to be complete. Wayne came and gave a quote, promised to fix potential areas of a leak including end verge. He agreed to do the job. I cancelled the other roofers based on his promise. Unfortunately, he initially kept promising and postponing from week to another, obviously blaming the weather. I have a text from him promising ((to attend next week 100%)). This was on August 24 and were weather was very dry for more than 2 weeks and he did not appear. Wayne even lied about taking measurements, which was impossible to do when the access to the property was impossible without a key to the gate, except if he jumped a 2 metre gate. I am still waiting for him to come and do the job!!

Posted on Trust a Trader as well but wanted to leave here too. Found Wayne via positive reviews online and had a very similar experience - came round promptly to discuss and quote for the work and agree a time do it. The bad weather of the past few weeks pushed the start date back a bit but can't help that! Got my new roof in record time with minimal disruption and were very tidy - always cleaned up dust and debris at the end of each day. Really happy with the quality of the work and the materials, roof looks great. can definitely recommend and have recommended to neighbours.

Got an awful response from the owner when enquired about the areas they serve. His response was, 'What do you want'. No chance I'm going to give a job to a trader whose response to a potential customer is this rude. No manners at all and he sounded really uneducated.

I contacted Wayne about replacing a ridge tile on my roof. He gave me very reasonable quote and a date to carry out the work. He arrived on time with his team who were polite, efficient and did a fantastic job. Have recommended Wayne to our neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to use Dyson Roofing in the future. A pleasure to deal with.
