Dynamic Cleans

Customer service is awful. Was asked to pay in full before they had even arrived, turned up late, ran late on day so job couldn't be completed in the same day. After reviewing property, rubbish had been stacked up outside (not thrown in bins), dirt left on the floor and window to the property left wide open when no one was occupying the property). On contact with the owner, he couldn't care less and was very unhelpful, no explanation or apology. Would not recommend this company.

We’ve been using Dynamic Cleans for almost a year now and have built a great relationship. Jack and the team go above and beyond to make sure our properties are spotless, fitting in extra work when needed and reporting issues in the property to us immediately.
We run a serviced accommodation business so cleanliness is a big feature in our own reviews which come in as 5/5 all the time!

I have used Dynamite Cleans for a year and are an integral part to the success of my air bnb. They are thorough and guests always comment positively on the cleanliness of the flat. They are quick to reply and i can always rely on them to go that extra mile.

Very poor customer service. I called, agreed terms and we booked in a date and time.

Appointment was a no show. Wasted 2 hours waiting. Called when they were half an hour Iate and phone rang before going to voicemail, I left a polite message asking where they were.

Called another half hour later and got diverted to voicemail.

Thought I may eventually receive a call to apologise and explain situation, nothing.

If that’s the level of customer service,
I wonder what the cleaning is like.

Absolutely by far the best cleaning company I have ever worked with. After every visit I am delighted at their thoroughness I didn’t realise how much I needed them until I got the professionals in! Highly recommend.
