Awful I've waited 2 months for this contractor via my landlord to fix my window, was told delay because of covid, finally got a date, waited in all day and phoned at 5pm to ask and was given apology and said he'd phone back to make another that week, didn't call back, called 4 days later and he insisted saturday morning....waited in all morning, phoned in afternoon, was told 5-6pm... waited in all evening, phoned at 6pm... 'who is this?' sorry i can't hear you' 'can you hear me?' *call hung up* - Dingied - 'sorry your call can't be taken right now' - never dealt with such unprofessional service. My anxiety has been horrible over this!! >:(

Prompt reply to enquiry and turned up on time to look at our knackered back door lock . Honest reliable advice, on repair, replace options before Tony commenced his work . Goes the extra mile to give great customer service and even gave the the rest of our doors a free service and repaired our Back door. .
