Chris and his team have done a superb job for me, thank you Chris!
I called Chris for help with a very poorly boiler, started leaking and turning itself off with a Fault Code. Chris came very quickly, fixed the main issues to get the boiler working and gave me excellent unbiased advice on my options for a perm fix - Chris had been the only Engineer willing to help me fix the boiler, everyone else would only offer a New Boiler, I put my faith in Chris and after 2 more visits with a number of new parts he fixed the boiler...its working beautifully now, I'm very grateful to Chris and his skills, his invoice was exactly as quoted. It's rare to find an Engineer who is willing to help with a difficult repair, but Chris did, and gave me confidence throughout. I highly recommend Chris.

December 30th 2022 our boiler burst its heat exchanger. Because of the freezing weather the house was soon extremely cold. I rang and emailed about half a dozen plumbers. Chris was the only one to respond. After some research by Chris and discussion with me I agreed that our 14 year old boiler should be replaced rather than repaired. By CoP two days later the new boiler was in place and working well.

From the first time I spoke to him Chris was friendly, helpful and professional. His work was excellent and he left us with a neat, tidy, clean and professional installation; even all the paperwork was expertly completed.

I can't begin to recommend Dyers Heating and Plumbing highly enough. Chris came to my home to assess the problem and give me a quote for the work. His employee John arrived bang on time and was charming and did an excellent job and kept me informed all the way through of what he was doing, water on and off etc. The invoice for the work was as quoted.
