Shocking service

Shocking service. No one to assist in searching for things. Waited for 10 minutes at the counter to be served but no one came. Could see one member of staff talking to 2 gentleman in suits, but he couldn’t be bothered to ask us if we needed serving. Left stuff on counter and walked out
