Affordability often seems like an elusive trait among skilled tradespeople, but Richard's pricing was fair and reasonable. If I ever call Richard with a simple issue, he will first see if he can talk me through how to fix it on the phone to save a call out fee, when many tradesman would come out and charge for such a job.

Amazingly quick and efficient service. Wanted to get the main water valve looked at as it was seized open and didn't want to have any issues shutting it off should there be an emergency in the future.

They came out and due to the age of the valve a new one was recommended. They froze the pipe, cut it and installed a new one within an hour so cannot fault their knowledge and expertise. They had a tough job as well as the valve was directly behind the toilet making access a pain and only a foot of pipe exposed either side.

COVID safe and very friendly and I would highly recommend these guys.
