I contacted Durham Aerials after my Mam had been let down by 2 other companies (HDS & Aerial Express). She waited in on 2 separate days & both never turned up.
I spoke to Michael on Friday afternoon & he said he sees this a lot with customers. I told him what Mam wanted & he asked a few questions, then said he could call the next morning. He arrived promptly, texting to say he was on his way, was very friendly & professional. He put my Mam at ease, explained the job he was doing & checked she understood what to do. He was very respectful of her home and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you so much for a fantastic job!

Spot-on job.

Rang late afternoon on Friday 17 March. Michael said he'd be able to call the following morning at about 9.30. Turned up, bang on time, identified what was needed & installed new aerial and booster. Job took about an hour & my TV was massively better than it had been. Nice bloke, very informative & reasonable price for an excellent job. It just doesn't get better than that.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Michael did an exceptionally good job from diagnosing the problem, fixing it and then making sure that all aspects of the TV reception were as good as they could be. Michael was very quick and efficient with great communication and I’m very happy with the price. Plus a years guarantee. Excellent.

Michael arrived exactly on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly (needed a new booster box), and also tidied up the excess cables behind the TV as they were quite messy. Very polite and professional service. Would definitely use again but probably won't have to! Highly recommended.
