Arrived when he said he would. Took machine away thorough service given problem explained then returned demonstrated aftercare advice given all for a very reasonable price, would highly recommend this service.

I called late Monday afternoon, he answered immediately and arranged a visit the following morning. Once again he arrived promptly, and fixed our old Hotpoint tumble dryer on the spot with a replacement belt. In less than 1 hour. All for around £50. Highly recommended.

Firstly Rob tried to avoid any expense to me by suggesting i check if vacuum was under warranty. It wasnt so i contacted Rob who arranged to pick up at my workplace for convenience. He returned it next day to work, repaired and serviced. He even gave advice to avoid any future problems and so avoid requiring his services. The machine seems more powerful than when new. Good honest bloke. Would use again and highly recommend.
