My family and I have been using Dunstans for decades and have always had fantastic service with them. Recently my Father sadly passed and I decided to use Dunstans florists instead of the funeral directors - I couldn't be more pleased that I did! Right from the beginning the team were so kind and helpful with the choosing of flowers and suggested perfect options. I later decided to have the flowers sent away to be made into a paperweight. The team kindly let us package them up in the shop to post. I am so grateful to them for their professionalism, kindness and talents. Many thanks to all at Dunstans. Highly recommend!!

Very poor spray of flowers… which were meant to be a bouquet £35 buys you a very poor selection !

Ordered flowers for my brother's in-laws funeral, couldn't have been nicer on the telephone but, the flowers that were sent form us were awful, nothing like we had ordered, in fact they were an embarrassment. Will be calling tomorrow to complain. I have never complained about anything before and never left a review but this is how annoyed they have made me.

Placed an order through their website for my wife's 40th and the flowers just didn't arrive. Emailed and got a curt email back saying that they hadn't been open on that date and to contact Interflora who had taken the money. I contacted Interflora to be told that the issue was with Dunstans. I contacted Dunstans again to try and resolve the issue - a week later and still no reply from Dunstans. I have now had to contact my credit card company for them to try and get a resolution. In short, tried to shop local and it backfired!
