Really really disgusting... some people who working for company are drinking beer on the job then sleep on the van ...

Dunmore were instructed by BT Openreach to lay a new cable under my garden from the pavement to the front of my house. They were very quick to carry out the work however left my garden in an absolutely shocking state. The grass was not put back in anywhere near an acceptable state and they didn't even bother putting my borders back at all. They even chipped an irreplaceable wooden trough. Despite a ridiculous number of calls they did not get back to me when they said and failed to show up on numerous occasions when I was waiting in for them. After several visits and over a month later they finally restored it to a reasonable state. Throughout all of this Dunmore have not once apologised. I have never written an online review of a company but I feel it is necessary in this instance. Appalling customer service and shocking workmanship - avoid this company.

My name is Cllr David Hawkins. My main area is Coldharbour Wareham Dorset. Recently on the Bere road, Dunmore construction south west ltd, put a HV cable in the road from Westminter estate to Trigon.
I am a professional person and must say that the work was done to a very high standard, reinstatement was excellent.
All Dunmore staff were very helpful and polite.
I would recommend Dunmore construction to anyone.

Dunmore construction have on two occasions dug a trench across the full width of my fathers driveway to enable work on his neighbour's phone line. They failed to give him any warning of the work on both occasions. Not only was he unable to use his car but it was unsafe for him to leave his home as he had to walk within the barriers. The trench and barriers were left for nine days. Dunmore construction have shown absolutely no concern whatsoever. My father is in his eighties. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
