5VERY BAD
1I had a very bad experience with Dukes Autos. My BMW 325i was taken to this garage beginning of August 2023, to have the injectors replaced.
I was told this would only take a week. After the first week, I made numerous calls to enquire when my car would be ready. After four weeks, I had to make a personal visit to the garage.
I was confronted with a very rude and very unprofessional, member of staff with a bad attitude.
When receiving the car the next day I had to get a recovery vehicle to take my car back to Dukes Autos, as it broke down.
. Car was not tested before it left the garage
. Oil and petrol was leaking from car
. broke down on A130
. the fault is still ongoing.
After handing over £2000, they are still refusing to correct the issues with the injectors, leaving me very distressed and unsatisfied.
I would never recommend or use this garage again at all cost.

You, having spoken to our receptionist, (with no mention you had already purchased your parts) your enquiry was passed on to our manager, Unfortunately due to the works you require, a Cam belt replacement, as this is a major engine service part and due to not knowing the source or quality of the parts you wish to supply we are not prepared to fit your supplied parts, as we can not warrant or guarantee the parts in the event of any possible failure which would cause major engine damage. Sorry you are unhappy with our policy. We did offer to supply the parts and install which would offer a full warranty but this was not an option you were interested in, nor that the following Tuesday or Thursday was available to you due to currently being fully booked.

Undoubtedly the best BMW specialist garage I have used in a long history of owning BMW's. Absolutely top marque customer service. Took my wife’s 125i along for a once over not long after it was bought and to get a benchmark service done. Antony did a first class job. BMW 1 Series Oil Leak
I have become increasingly frustrated by Main Dealers as they are reluctant to allow you to discuss problems with technical staff.....decided to pop in (unannounced) to DPA to dicuss an oil leak.....Antony found the problem in minutes and rectified within a week with loan vehicle on the day and it was £250 less than main dealer!!....If you are looking to break free from the

MINI Cooper. Engine knocking
Been to a main dealer so many times but no more, I now know where to go without hesitation. Obviously an experienced expert technician but with a personal touch. Thanks guys for helping us out so proficiently.
