Dukes & Duchesses Private Day Nurse

My little girl has attended the Nursery from 9 months old and loves it just as much as she did on the first day 2 years later. The staff are kind, caring and approachable. They have supported not only my little girl but the whole family. They are always keen to know what she is interested in and will follow this up in Nursery and take it to another level. She has made great progress throughout her time in Nursery and as a parent we are kept up to date and regularly informed. The nursery always go above and beyond in everything they do and I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff there.

I would highly recommend Dukes and Duchesses nursery. I have great comfort knowing my little boy is in great hands each drop off. Many of the team have worked there for many years and create a family environment within the nursery which is lovely.

Each day I receive updates of my child’s activities such as meals, nappy changes and sleeps. We also receive monthly development updates from his key worker which gives us great comfort in the fact he is in great hands and time is being put into his development.

The menu published each quarter is unbelievable. Cultures and different food are introduced to my little boy which wouldn’t be at home.

When looking for a nursery I did a LOT of research around south Liverpool. I would highly recommend this nursery for the staff and environment alone…

I was so nervous for my little boy to start nursery when he turned 11 months old but the team at Dukes and Duchesses nursery are just incredible - I think they may genuinely have superpowers! They were so understanding of my parenting style meaning I felt so relaxed that my son would be cared for in a similar way to at home. They’re miracle workers and managed to get him sleeping in a cot (he’s a cosleeper) which I have still not achieved myself. He’s come on leaps and bounds because of their care and attention - I can’t believe it! He lights up when I say ‘nursery time’. They’re all so friendly and welcoming, making a huge effort to know all the kids and parents which just gives the whole place and experience a family feel, which is what all parents want for their child when they’re not around. I couldn’t be happier with their service, support and kindness. I would and do recommend this nursery to everyone!! Thank you to the whole team xxxx

Choosing a nursery for your child to attend full time is stressful and daunting. The second we walked into Dukes and Duchesses for a tour with Liz and Becky we knew it was the right place for our son. In an 18 months that have been far from ordinary, they have created such a lovely space for the children to have some normality, to grow and to flourish. They have made excellent decisions at every turn regarding covid and they have kept the parents informed and up to date the whole time. Our little boy absolutely loves going to nursery, he loves the staff and the setting, he has come on leaps and bounds since starting and we are constantly reminded that we made absolutely the right decision when choosing Dukes and Duchesses. I can’t rate them enough, absolutely brilliant.
And the amount of food they manage to get him to eat/try is incredible!
