Drymen Taxi Services

Rude, unhelpful staff. We tried to book a taxi from drymen to a mile and a half away, they said they don’t drive a mile and a half distance (not sure what they do cover then) and never got back to any other texts. I’d rather walk than use them

Never use this taxi services or book it will never turn up when you need them pus never answer your text they put your number on busy .

Shocking as they don’t turn up. 12 guests at my business per night and constantly let down . So disappointing

Recommended to me by the Oak Tree Inn where we booked a room as we were attending a Saturday evening wedding reception in the Buchanan Arms in Drymen. I called them on the Tuesday preceding and was asked to call back on the Thursday. On the Thursday I was asked to call back a couple of hours later. I then managed to arrange the pick up. "No problem darling- I'll get you at the Oak Tree at 7.30pm" The taxi never showed up and when I called at 7.40pm he initially denied knowing about the booking but remembered when I recounted our previous discussion. Unfortunately he was 25 minutes a way at that point. Totally unreliable and I am not happy my husband had to drive to and from the reception.
