Had my large rug cleaned by paul because of a large coffe stain. He did a great job of the rug but it still had à slight mark left when it had dried. Phone Paul back the next day and he happily agreed to do the stain again. He came out on the Saturday , his only day off and redid the stain. This time the stain was gone. Well done Paul, no hassle and made sure everything was perfect before he left. A company I would recommend thank you.
