This is our local dryleaner, we are very happy with their quality service. their repair service is quite professional.

Shockingly poor customer service. I had given in some items and mentioned that I needed them back urgently. I was told I will be able to collect the next day. I come back the day after, when I was going away, and one item was not ready. The usual staff member was not there and I was told it would not be ready that day.
I came back when I returned from holiday and collected this item. The manager was extremely rude to me and very aggressive. I said to him that he had told me the items would be ready the next day and instead of explaining to me what misunderstanding there might have been, he just began to shout. He told me he had never agreed the items would be ready the next day which was plainly not true. He gave me a ticket with that day circled on it! Shockingly poor customer service and frankly, his loss.

Took an item to get cleaned, picked up to notice iron burns all over, manager refuses to give me my money back or compensate me in any way. Definitely taking it to court. Terrible customer service, very poor.
