We had a problem with our expensive fridge door which wouldn’t close. The local people in Swansea couldn’t fix it and put me in contact with Drulight.
They came and tried to fix the door seal on site, but it didn’t work. So they took the door back to the workshop and fixed if perfectly there. Then they returned and fitted it. Success.
We thought we were going to have to buy a new fridge for hundreds but Drulight did all this for just the call out fee and equipment costs.
The communication was excellent throughout.
A very well run reliable company. Highly recommend.

I had Drulight come out to help me with my washing machine which had been having problems for a couple of weeks. I did not have to wait long at all for an engineer to visit and he identified the issue so quickly i didn't even have time to make a cup of tea! He didn't have the correct parts with him on the day but I did not have to wait long for that either! The engineer was very polite and also gave me some helpful tips on how to look after my machine. I am very grateful and am more than happy to recommend this company.

Our Smeg dishwasher was displaying an E01 code. Drulight came out to fix the machine and I couldn't fault them. They quickly arranged my appointment and Mike couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. He speedily identified and fixed the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend Drulight.

We have Smeg integrated appliances and have called out drulight engineers on probably 6 occasions. We have just had to replace our smeg dishwasher after 15 years. Drulight are , in our experience an excellent business. Courteous and efficient on the phone, offer a very prompt visit and they always come at the time they say. Engineers and fitters likewise, efficient, helpful and courteous.

I was sent to this company by Beko for a repair when my new washer stopped draining. After speaking to Matthew he advised me of many ways to check the issue wasn't minor, most of which Beko themselves had neglected to mention. After following his advice I discovered and fixed the problem myself. Matthew could of easily sent an engineer out and charged me for a very simple fix, and as Beko advised me several times, no fault with the machine itself leads to a charge for warranty repairs. Could not praise this company enough!😀
