NEVER BUY FROM Drones Direct
I have purchased DJI mini 3 pro (Order Number 43552946), but the box arrived empty! So the drone was stolen. I reported the case to customer support. After 10 days of back and forth, I was told that it is only my problem and they cannot help.
It is not the only case that is on the internet when a box arrived empty --- google "dpd box arrived empty".

Avoid at all cost, our item was faulty, the website inferred that as we were a customer there is a local number to ring to avoid extremely high call charges, the number is impossible to find.
This company is not interested in their customers, avoid, stay safe.

I needed drone batteries urgently and paid for next day delivery before 1pm. They didn't even bother to ship the order. It was booked again - and second time around they shipped them to a totally wrong address in a completely different part of the UK. Awful customer service coupled with staggering incompetence - save yourselves a major headache and go elsewhere, it's just not worth the hassle.

My Anafi controller stopped working back in March of this year (2021). I contacted Parrot’s customer service. Parrot’s customer service told me that my warranty claim has been approved by their investigations team, and that I needed to do this via the “point of sale”. We purchased our Parrot Anafi drone from our seller (drones direct). And when I contacted them, they told me that they are awaiting information from Parrot Anafi. So basically, drones direct and parrot keep going round in circles with the same response (like they are using it as a way of replacing faulty goods). If you don’t mind using your drone without a controller, then this is the perfect drone for you. If you want to be able to control your drone with controller, then search for another brand (as well as company who won't fob you off for your basic consumer rights).
