Driving's Cool

I still have a big grin on my face when I see a Driving's Cool car. Right from the start Martin was so patient and I felt much more confident than I had ever felt behind the wheel before. He was happy to let me learn and progress at my own pace but also encouraged me to be more confident and independent. I can't thank or recommend Martin enough to any learners out there!

Just praise for Driving's Cool and my instructor. She got me over my fear of roundabouts and through my test. I am now a confident driver because of Helen

APPALLING SERVICE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered a £200 voucher on the website for my son. Payment taken but no voucher received (was supposed to be emailed). Waited for two weeks. Tried calling the office number several times but no answer. Emailed "Customer Service" twice but no answer. Eventually got through to someone who said that the voucher was not sent because lessons can't be booked at the moment! (but you can be added to a waiting list!). Asked why the company was selling vouchers for lessons that can't be booked - didn't get an answer. Asked for a refund for a voucher sold under false pretences - was told they would have to speak to "the manager". Still awaiting refund, have disputed the card payment with my bank.

Yes they are slow at coming back to you but you but you dont mind that if you get the results. Daughter failed twice and only until we moved to another driving school we realised what a massive difference in tuition. Book one lessons to see if you get what you want from them. It wasnt for us but daughter has now passed and very happy. New instructor at new driving school had wonderful approach and explained things better. Passed after only 5 lessons !! Had 20 with Drivings Cool.

I think the reviews I've seen have been really unfair. They almost put me off trying this company. Once you understand how the paying for lessons system works it's a breeze (the instructors are self employed so it's just a simple "pay them" option on the website).

I've so far had two lessons and I've been having a great time. My instructor is joana and she's so friendly, helpful and a fun teacher. I really recommend this company
