Drive was created in 2017 with the goal of modernising and improving the Hull Taxi market. With the first acquisition of 57 Cars, Drive has since merged 65 Cars, 70 Cars, 706 Cars & Sutton Cars to create a Hull wide taxi firm with 550 Cars and complete over 40,000 bookings a week.

Disgusting service swearing down the phone abusing them for no reason at all I only wanted a taxi from hull royal I will never use this disgusting taxi company again whoever was on the phones last night at 10.30pm needs an attitude review

AVOID. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Can’t leave zero stars. Pre booked three weeks in advance for a family meal out. Taxi was over an hour late. We missed our table booking due to their incompetence. Avoid if you need to be anywhere on time. When you call to query the taxi’s whereabouts all they say is they’re assigning one as soon as possible. Shocking customer service

Terrible service. The lady on the phone told me the taxi waited for me and I wasn’t there which isn’t true!!! I do not recommend this taxi service. .

Disgusting, unreliable and rude…,Disgusting service

Disgusting service, left two vulnerable women waiting half an hour. I rang to see where my taxi was and the woman spoke to me like a child. She told me it had turned up and we weren’t there, we were there.
Never again will I use this firm.

pre booked a taxi hours upon hours in advance
pick up was at 2.30 in the morning
no taxi turned up
called the company to be told that they are assigning a driver now
I waited and waited no one turned up call again to be talked to like a child
still no taxi turned up

taxi turned up within 5 minutes
canceled my taxi with drive
not using these jokers again
what's the point in allowing a pre booking service if your not going to honour it
