Fantastic service from Jeff at the showroom in Brislington Bristol. No question too small or silly that Jeff couldn’t answer.
Over and above service with Charlie and Phil delivering and installing our tub, no problem to big to solve, even during the social distancing rules. full of knowledge and recommendations. Charlie walked us through the care of the tub and answered all our questions. We totally recommend Dreamspa’s to anyone, lots of choice, not complicated. Really easy purchase. Communications were terrific, even during COVID-19 and leaving the EU. Thank-you so very much Dreamspa’s !

had the hot tub nearly a year now, its used nearly every other day and is brilliant . The staff right from the install team right the way down to the bristol showroom staff in particular Jeff were great, any questions i have had they answered very promptly. would recommend

New name of dream spas, used to be style spas... im left paying finance for a hottub that doesn't work and had less than 2 years. Will no doubt offer you interest free finance, go bust and set up in a different name... again! Please avoid, scammers!

Do not buy from this company !!!
I purchased a hot tub less than a year ago from this shop ! Since then they have gone bust and changed names, we are now left with a hot tub that has not worked for over two month's......
Dreamspas tried too honour the warranty, but in the end after fitting two pumps and multiple visits they could not diagnose the fault and gave up !! Trading standards ! The finance company for whom I am still paying cannot do nothing.
