My go to salon. Been a regular for many years. Love the girls and best set of nails

I made an appointment at this salon for myself and my ten year old daughter as a treat and unfortunately, due to a traffic incident, could not make my appointment. I called to apologise and asked if I could rebook. By the time I had got back home, the salon had charged the full amount - £45 - and taken it from my account without permission. They took this amount from an old card that they found through an app I had booked through a previous time. When I spoke to them about this, they were rude and I was told I should read the Terms and Conditions - even though this app. was made via phone call and I was not made aware of any full cost fees.
Do not trust this salon. I have since spoke to my credit card company who are raising a dispute and have asked the salon to remove my credit and debit details from their records.
I don't trust them and would not go back.

I have been going to Dream Nails for the last few months and I love this new salon👍🏻💕 the best nail bar I’ve known. Going again today for a manicure...can’t wait. Sue G
