Rude and hostile environment

The first time I went here my nail tech made me bleed when removing the cuticles. The staff were really rude to a mother who had come in with her young daughter, obviously for a treat day, because she hadn't replied to the reminder text. It was clear this ruined the event for them and the atmosphere was horrible.

The second time I went, it was quiet, and I had a really lovely, friendly nail tech. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to work there any more.

The third time, I booked an appointment with Thanh. She started my nails and then just left with no explanation and someone else took over.

The final time, I booked an appointment at a specific time, as I had prior arrangements, they called me twice to change it earlier and I explained why I couldn't make it. When I got there I still had to wait 10 minutes for someone to see me. The nail tech was incredibly rude to me, because I didn't pick a colour immediately.

3/4 visits, the staff have been so rude & hostile.

Excellent experience with Rena

Great treatment, incredible staff! I had a Hollywood wax with Rena who was so lovely and made my experience as comfortable as possible. It was my first time having a Hollywood wax, I was a little nervous but Rena was so comforting, gentle while also doing an excellent job. Love this place!

Me and my friend love going to get our nails done at dreams in Loughton - we have been going for sometime and Lauren and Mary are by far the BEST.
They are always so welcoming and literally do the best nails! The designs are amazing and they are both so friendly!
