A couple of weeks ago Drainmaster Scotland did us proud. Over Christmas and the New Year we had a very slow running drain which gradually got worse and worse. Having tried all my own home remedies I got in touch and after the New Year, Kieron and his team came out to investigate the problem. They were excellent. So business like, thorough with nothing left to chance. The problem needed a second visit to coincide with a septic tank emptying. This was organised by the team and worked smoothly. Problem identified and sorted. And the cost for two visits and septic tank de-sludge was less than expected. 1ST class service, responded very quickly and as promised two chaps arrived within a couple of hours. They viewed the problem and solved the 'blockage' very quickly. They asked if I wanted a CCTV camera put down the drain the long length of drain which I did and it showed the line was clear and in perfect condition over its entire length - I am VERY PLEASED.
