I had work carried out today,by a lovely lad called Jordan,he was very professional,friendly and explained everything he was doing,he worked hard and never stopped,he even knocked on to tell me he had finished,this I find a bonus as it's my pet hate when work men just go with out telling you they have finished.the work carried out to day restores my faith in your company because the previous week I had another one of your work men refuse to do the work as a car was in front of our house and was in the way,regardless of a big space being in front of the car his excuse being he couldn't get the van in.yet Jordan parked quite a distance away and managed to do the work,it seems to me that your company could do with a few more workers like Jordan who is an asset to your company.

Jake and I’m unsure of the other young man I’m sorry came today to replace our water outlet pipes. They came 15 minutes early and I’ve never met two nicer workmen. It was raining most of the day and the ground was muddy but they got on with it with a smile on their faces. The invoice was exactly as they had promised and my kitchen floor now looks cleaner than before they arrived! I made a few coffees for them as it has turned chilly but any questions I had were answered fully and I am amazed about how much improvement in the water pressure there is. I would recommend to anyone who needs their lead pipes replacing. I was dreading the work taking place today but it went like a dream. Thank you so much.

Excellent, professional service, identified a blockage quickly and despite not having correct equipment removed toilet to clear the plastic soil pipe seal which had come adrift and then replaced the toilet.
A previous company said the drive would have to be dug up and blockage was in the main drain. 🤬
