Drainage & Hygiene Services quoted under half the price of another drainage company, to mend a drainage gully, fit a new drain, cap off two old drains and re-level block paving which had sunk over the area. Everything was done in a few hours and within a few days of our initial approach, and the area was left clean and tidy, with the block paving joints re-filled with fresh kiln-dried sand. Both the workmen and Sandra in the office were helpful in explaining what was needed and altogether a pleasure to do business with.

Great response, called on a Sunday afternoon after being told by my neighbours I’d blocked the drainage pipes? and the finger was firmly pointing my way on a shared sewage works.
They were there within the hour, and although they couldn’t sort out the problem due to being eight houses down the road, they contacted Anglian waters emergency number on my behalf, logged the incident, and only charged me £95.
