Called and spoke to Neil on Wednesday 20th April and arranged to have a technician call today Friday 22nd, really professional friendly service throughout, Owen arrived on time as stated in the courtesy text message. Took him a while to remove the old stubborn main drain cover and when he did informed me that the blockage was beyond my boundary and to call Yorkshire water who will unblock it for free!!
How refreshing in this day and age to get service like that.

I discovered I had blocked drains yesterday morning, I made a call to this company at 8am. The phone was answered in a very polite & calm manner, I was immediately put at ease & was told somebody would be out with me that day between a certain time. There is no call out fee which was also very reassuring & no obligation to go through with the work once quoted a price. True to their word, somebody was with me at the proposed time, I had been contacted beforehand to give me an hour's notice - perfect, I was able to plan my afternoon. The quote was very reasonable & once agreed, work began! What a relief to have the problem solved immediately at a good price by a professional specialist who was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The company even phoned the water board on my behalf to explain what the problem was, saving me a huge amount of time, stress & worry. This company are now part of my house hold team, I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Drain Doctor.

Ok if you have an emergency drain problem ring these guys but be prepared to pay £145.00 they do not tell you this when you ring up only that there is no call out charge that's why only 2 stars.
