It was crazily expensive to use the stevenage branch of this firm.

I usually do not leave feedback but felt compelled to leave some as the service I received was excellent on 23/04/2015.

All that was promised on their website they delivered.

It's refreshing that there are still some professional tradesman out there that do not rip you off.

I received a courtesy call half hour before they attended. Carl and James introduced themselves when they arrived, they were friendly,explained things, respected my home by putting protective covers over their shoes.

Fixed problem,unlike another big company which were called out last year. Drain Doctor used a camera which showed a big foreign object blocking my bath drain pipe. Water now flows out beautifully. I was shown completed work. I would highly recommend this company.

We called Drain Doctor earlier today - the Sunday before Christmas. They were brilliantly accommodating and did an amazing job - very skilled, friendly and down to earth (the guy that came was called Gareth - would highly recommend). They quickly sorted the problem, ran a camera down the drains to check all was ok, and then cleaned up - all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend highly.

We had two so called experts come to clear our drains and neither of them managed. Then i called Martin at Drain Doctor, it was 8pm and he arrived before 9pm, cleared the blockage and had the loo back in service by 11pm. He called back the next morning to CCTV our drain to see what the problem was. Amazing, friendly and very professional service. If you have a blockage i would recommend Martin at Drain Doctor everytime. 10/10
