The technician came to fix a blocked drain and claimed that a piece of debris had caused the blockage. He removed the blockage and said that the issue was resolved. I paid him £185 plus vat only for the problem to reoccur within 48 hours. When i rang Drain Doctor, they weren’t interested in sorting the issue out so i had to contact United Utilities. It turns out that my drain was fine and my neighbour’s drain was the faulty one. I’ve asked Drain Doctor to provide a refund as they misdiagnosed the cause and didn’t solve the issue but they won’t admit fault so BEWARE of them. Drain Doctor just wants your money and are useless at clearing drains. They have no clue!
