Called Drain Call over the weekend and they arranged to visit on Monday morning. They arrived early and they immediately provide a total price quote with VAT that was fixed, no matter how long the job needed. They then quickly located the areas of issue and proceeded to remove the main sewer blockage. Everything was incredibly professional and clean and credit card payment was taken at the end. Excellent service from the first call, to the person doing the work and all at a very reasonable price.

I called out Draincall to provide a quote on a broken drain. They came out the same day & left me with a written price. By the end of the day I had received a typed quote via email. I called back a couple of days later to book my repair. They arrived on site, started work straight away & didn't stop until it was done. I am very pleased. The engineers who came out were Father & Son - a true family business. If I ever have need to use their services again, I will not hesitate.

I called Drain Call today and they told me they would come the same day and give me a quote, which they did. They arrived within 2 hours and were very helpful. I was told the job would cost £264 including VAT and when asked how long it would take was told the price was for the job, however long it took. For that price I assumed it would take 2-3 hours and as they were there and I wanted it fixed, I accepted. It actually took 50 minutes. Another firm had quoted £85 plus VAT for a call out and an hour's work but couldn't come the same day. I should have waited! In future I'll get more quotes. The drain was cleared and I had no problem with the work carried out.
