They taken over chow, and you have to say your address to automated service and then it don't recognize your address, then it says it will connect you to an operator then hangs up.
I will Never use them.

The young driver I had to take me to and from my concert on Saturday 13th August was so kind, helpful and went above and beyond what he was tasked to do (drop me off and collect me to bring me home). He made sure I was dropped right outside the castle entrance and made sure that I understood that this would be where he would pick me up. When I called to say I was ready to be collected, he asked if I was well....... the reason was I had been singing for a while and lost my voice. He was very concerned about my welfare. I just want to ensure that he knows how much I appreciated he kindness. I hope that other drivers will learn from him.

Arranged a cab from Newport to Cardiff. We phoned a couple days before to change the priority of drop offs and the call handler said it wouldn't be an issue and would actually be easier for the driver.

Come the night of hire and we find out the driver will charge us £20 extra for the change. After discussing this with the driver, who insisted on calling one of the women in our party 'love' constantly, we phoned the company to discuss this and spoke with an incredibly unprofessional member of staff that argued with us down the phone insisting that they were right to charge £20 extra.

In the end they offered us £10 refund. However this was still £10 more than the price we agreed over the phone and were informed would be okay for the revised route.

Avoid these incompetent, unprofessional crooks. They don't hold to agreed prices and act unprofessional when confronted with their attempts to rip people off.

Couldn’t get a taxi from the office because of traffic so one of the guys who worked in the office who was going home himself took me home out of his way and refused to take any money!! Amazing service couldn’t thank him enough, definitely keeping their regular customers a priority!

Had a great experience with chow taxi! The driver was so kind- by far the best taxi service I’ve ever had! He was on time, was good with hectic 3pm traffic and was such a good price- I had to leave a tip! Fantastic! Would 100% recommend!!
