Well respected? PAHAHAHA REFUSED A 4 YEAR OLD SEVERE ASTHMATIC A RESCUE INHALER AT 11PM AT NIGHT. MY CHILD HAS BEEN INTUBATED FROM A LIFE THREATENING ATTACK AND SHE STILL REFUSED, WHEN ASKED WHAT WILL I DO IF HAVE HAS AN ATTACK SHE WALKED AWAY AND SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WOMAN AND I HAVE REPORTED TO THE ICB. HE HAS A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION AND THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE WE HAD LOST OUR INHALER. UNBELIEVABLE. A 4 YEAR OLD CHILD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. all these bad reviews are about the same woman, clearly not a mother because no mother would refuse that. Not a caring bone in her body. Horrible woman shouldn't be allowed to work as a pharmacist, hopefully not for much longer anyway.

I have been calling on Monday morning between 9:30 and to 10:30 , phone was not picked up either goes busy or no one pick up ,, it was very annoying,,,

So my partner has been having back and forth visits at the gp for a recent health development. None of the practitioners have bothered to explain to him exactly what was wrong and we have been really frustrated and stressed about the whole issue. They just briefly mention scan referrals, brush us off, to the point we demand explanations from them sometimes, and they still give us vague explanations. So we went in to pick up a prescription today, 23.03.24, after the pharmacist Shah handed us our medication, he not only took time to explain in detail each of the medication, he also asked for the diagnosis, explained and even mentioned the symptoms my partner was facing and prescribed further medication for use for symptom relief. Shah we are really grateful for your support this evening, you have really helped relieve us as we now know exactly what is wrong with my partner and know exactly how to address it.

Very good staff and pharmacist came last Saturday from bedford, medecation in stock , quick service , and good advice told by a lady pharmacist.

As a first time customer I was highly disappointed I never received my order, I figured maybe it got lost in the post, so I rang them after about two days I finally got through I was told that the lady who deals with online orders was on her holidays and to ring back in a couple of days, I emailed numerous times
So I thought ok I'll give them a second chance that was last month still nothing, their phone seems to be disconnected!??
This is out and out theft, I either want both my orders sent out immediately or a full refund or I will take this further
