Excellent Surgery

Excellent surgery and doctors. I’ve been using the surgery for many years. The negative comments here are unjustified.

excellent service

Myself and family have been patients since practice opened. The GP's Doctors, Brassill, Saeid and Alex have always been helpful and when needed have referred us to hospital for further investigation. They have also been prompt getting back to us when needed. The reception staff are also helpful and polite.

1.W signed with them online then I had to do exactly same questionnaire on arrival and had to fill the form on my knee as there is no clipboard and can't stand next to receptions desk as I was told off. I left feedback. Still no clipboards so feedback clearly hasn't been taken on the board
2.I have seen doctor Sayed and requested referral. Doctor FORGOT!!! until I've made several calls to appointment centered and back to surgery, then been referred 5 weeks later running out of meds which GP can't prescribe.
3. Have been referred by previous GP for surgery but Fairfield Surgery didn'thave contract with clinic so had to book another appointment. GP didn't want to refer me until I see them which can't do due to working hours. I wanted to book phone consultation but GP disagreed so had to book one with GP and beg for time off at work what want easy. I tried to explain in surgery that it is difficult but GP wanted to see me in person. FINELY I have had phone consultation!!!!!!!
