Water Leak

Gave Dan a call Wednesday evening about 9pm re a leak at the water inlet to the bathroom toilet. Did not get a reply at first but left a message and about 30mins later he called back and then came round to look at it and temporarily capped the inlet off so that I could turn the water back on. He then came round early the next morning and fitted a new arm and ballcock in the cistern. Great relief to me, well done

Dr H2O highly professional plumbing service

We had a small hidden leak in the bathroom wall from the shower where the other side of the wall start to show some dry water marks. Called Dr H2O and Dan came for quick diagnostic check and a free quote. He fixed the leak a few days later, very clean and neat job. Dan was very friendly and professional. He explained step in the process. We will definitely use Dr H2O’s service for any future plumbing work as Dan is undoubtedly one of the best you can get in the trade!

Friendly and helpful service

We called Dan having searched on google as our regular plumber was away. The underfloor hearing had packed up and he came around that same evening to look at the issue. He didn’t charge us for the call out but advised us about a faulty valve which would need replacing. He offered to lend us a heater (which we unfortunately declined!)
The spare part needed ordering which took two days to arrive but once it had arrived he fitted it. This led to another fault being found and he came around the following day and again sorted it, explaining all the way what he was doing.
We do now believe that the heating system is pretty robust and are grateful for Dan’s input and friendly service.
