Design

There is a popular misconception that you will lose one of your bedrooms to provide a staircase to the loft rooms. This is certainly not true in most cases. We have rarely found a project that required using a bedroom for the staircase. A well thought out design can often specify a staircase that complies with building regulations without disturbing the existing layout.
