Visited property to carry out an electrical survey on behalf of buyer to check electrical safety and quote price for any repair work to be carried out before sale. Survey report and quote for repair work to be carried out came to a total of over £10,000!!!!
A second electrical company attended property where another inspection was carried out and estimate supplied for work to be carried out was £1,500 maximum cost!
When second electrical company were shown survey report and quote they were speechless at the survey and cost quoted!

Please always obtain a second quote.
